Friends of Spring Hill (PPG) 

Welcome to The Friends of Spring Hill Practice Patient Participation Group. This is a voluntary group that meets regularly to listen to people’s feedback to help improve local services. We warmly welcome all patients to attend our meetings and to get involved in our plans.

We aim to ensure that all patients’ voices are heard about what matters most to them in regard to practice services. 

We value your opinion about the current services we offer. We will from time to time ask the members of our representative group some questions, such as: what you think about our access or the quality of the care or service you received.

We need as many people as possible to best represent the opinions of patients of the practice. We want you to feel ownership of the practice and to help us provide the best service possible. We currently need more young people, workers, retirees, people with long-term conditions and people from various ethnic groups so that all patient groups are represented.
